This site grows out of Calvary Lutheran Church's congregation-wide Intercultural Development Inventory project. It extends the work that folks are doing on their individual Intercultural Development Plans by publicizing various related small group activities ranging from outings to gatherings, so that others -- any church member -- can also get involved! This site also provides an opportunity for sharing and growing in community through the Community Forum. SMALL GROUP MINI-GRANTS

If you took the IDI and are interested in participating in an activity with others that helps you work your Intercultural Development Plan (IDP), fight racism, or dismantle white supremacy culture, we are eager to support you!

The REC is offering mini-grants of up to $50 for theater/movie/event tickets, venue admissions, refreshments and other expenses for home viewing parties, reading groups, etc. Below are some of our recommendations for resources around which to organize these activities, but the lists are designed so that you can add your own recommendations (so please do!).
