In 2017, the Race Equity Committee at Calvary Lutheran Church took the IDI and began working their Intercultural Development Plans (IDPs) individually and as a group. Over the course the of subsequent two years, both the Church Council and then the entire congregation were offered the chance to do the same (learn more about our journey here). But we are always getting new members and may have missed some long-standing ones, and our thinking it is never too late to begin doing this work!
